Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Eclatstudio, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges as outlined below.
For Orders Placed on Eclatstudio.com
- Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Apparel items (e.g., clothing, hats) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with hang tags still attached, to qualify.
- 1- and 2-day shipping fees are non-refundable unless the carrier is responsible for the delay.
Once your return is received and processed by our team, you’ll get an email confirmation of your refund or new exchange order.
If exchanging:
- You’ll receive store credit to select a new item.
- If your new item costs less, the difference will be refunded.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference at checkout.
Note: Any non-Eclatstudio merchandise returned to our facility will not be processed.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Steps:
- Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip)
- Enter the email used at checkout, or phone number/zip code
- Select item(s) you want to return or exchange
- Choose refund or new item
- Choose your return method:
- Box & Ship It: Print label & drop off at a carrier location
- Return Bar Drop Off: Use a QR code to return without packaging
- Review, confirm, and submit your return
- Follow the provided instructions for drop-off
For In-Store or Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased Eclatstudio products from a retail store or another online platform, please return the item to the original point of purchase. If you cannot return it to the original seller, contact us with a valid proof of purchase and we may be able to offer an exchange of equal value. The product must be in clean, unused condition.
Items bought from resale or unauthorized platforms (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty support.
