Shipping Policy

At Eclatstudio, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Express shipping options are subject to the same processing times and must be shipped to a physical address.

Shipping Options & Fees

Standard Shipping – 5-10 Business Days – FREE
Available for customers in the contiguous United States. This method utilizes a combination of ground delivery services with final delivery by the U.S. Postal Service. If you have a PO Box, please use it as your shipping address.

USPS Priority – FREE
This shipping option is available at no charge for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories. Please use your PO Box if applicable.

Express Shipping Options
Express options refer only to transit time and do not include processing time. Orders placed by 1 PM ET will ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will ship the following business day.

Please note: Express shipping orders must be sent to a physical address and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

• 2-Day Shipping – $24
  Delivery occurs two business days after the order is processed. For example, if placed before 1 PM ET on Monday, your package should arrive Wednesday.
• 1-Day Shipping – $38
  Delivery occurs the next business day after processing. If ordered before 1 PM ET on Monday, expect delivery Tuesday.

For questions about shipping, please contact our support team. Express shipping is non-refundable unless the carrier causes a delay. A signature may be required for delivery.

Eclatstudio ships within the USA, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.
